Just ask Andrew Hall. Unfortunately he suffered a problem with no balls and wides and lost confidence in his bowling. However, he remains a steady and very straight batsman. He also has a great pair of hands and can field in a number of positions. Lee took over as captain of the Second XI in 2009, where he did a good job but stood down the following year as he was living on Teesside and getting married.
